Noah Hurlburt is an accomplished educator, presenter, professional development designer, and consultant with 30 years of experience supporting public, charter, and private schools and educators in meaningful, sustainable growth for students. Throughout his career, Noah has built a reputation for listening closely to the unique needs of teachers, crafting innovative, practical solutions that integrate seamlessly into classroom culture. Noah’s curricular work has been included in “Personalized Learning in the Middle Grades,” published by Harvard Press. His approach, which emphasizes collaboration, responsiveness, and strategies that teachers can apply immediately to strengthen both teaching and learning.

As the Head of Learning Paths, Noah partners with teachers, administrators, and districts to design and implement professional learning that reflects current best practices and directly addresses the evolving needs of schools. He is passionate about empowering educators, building capacity within school communities, and creating systems that lead to lasting impact in the classroom.
